We started Werki after watching dozens of solar, heat-pump and electrification SMBs in Germany hit the same wall: demand is exploding, subsidies are flowing, but the bottleneck isn't installations — it's the phone, the quote, the paperwork, the customer chasing for updates. Master craftsmen, the scarcest labor in the country, were spending up to 40% of their day not installing.

Werki is a 24/7 digital co-worker that absorbs the operational layer — answering every call in German, qualifying leads, booking site visits, generating compliant Angebote, keeping customers in the loop, and syncing into existing ERPs (KWP, Hero, pds, Streit).
